As a small company we are able to give the most personalized and comfortable experience that any Jackson Hole river outfitter has to offer. Our guides are seasoned outdoor professionals who typically have experience running rivers across America and the world. They are equipped with the skills and knowledge to provide a professional, entertaining and educational outing on the Snake River.

We are the last stand-alone family-operated whitewater rafting outfitter left in Jackson Hole. All we do is run rivers and Lewis & Clark is the only company we own and operate. We are not part of a chain or conglomerate of companies, and we are not owned by a large corporation. We thank you for choosing Lewis & Clark for your river adventures and allowing our family to share the beautiful Snake River with you!

Really cool rafting experience. Well organized. Easy to find. They communicated to us every thing we'd need to bring (though, of course, we didn't...) and expect, so no surprises on the trip. Bus ride was quite out and back from the launch was ...quite an experience as I haven't been on a school buses in a long time (for the way back, remember to ask where the heated seats are). Guide was a lot of fun and definitely made the whole experience enjoyable. Highly recommend.

Lovely way to spend an afternoon, floating down the Snake River under the skilled guidance of Zina who shared great tidbits of local info, pointed out lots of aviary wildlife (bald eagles were abundant!), shared funny quips that made all on board enjoy the trip. Don't forget your binoculars, if you have them! The few Class I "rapids" were great fun. Transportation to and from river was comfortable and clean. Would definitely book again!!!

This was a spur of the moment activity for us, but we were so happy with our decision to float with Lewis and Clark. Ben and Nancy were personable, knowledgeable, and so much fun! The entire boat was so sad when it was over because it was that good! We even contemplated booking another float later that day.

We had a great time with Alex our float guide for our morning 13 mile trip down the Snake River. Alex did a great job navigating us down the river, pointing out the wildlife and turning the boat around so we could get pictures. We saw a moose, sawbill ducks, pelicans, eagles, marmot, ducks, and geese. We had a great time. The weather can be a little chilly on the water so bring an extra layer just in case. We definitely used ours. We went May 22nd so still a little early in the season. We'll definitely use L&C again for our next trip.
